Every year, Jewish people read all the way through the five books of the Torah, bit by bit, in weekly sections known as the Torah Portion. To accompany the weekly Torah Portion, there is a much shorter section from the prophets that is connected in theme, known as the “Haftarah.”
You’ll see these weekly readings listed on each Saturday on your calendar, and you’ll notice that we’ve also provided you a way to dive deeper into the Jewish holidays, should you choose, with a special QR code each month.
